To get more spontaneous reactions and thus more believable testimonials, pick interviewees who are naturally talkative and don't send them your questions in advance.
In addition to a longer testimonial (>60 sec.) with answers to multiple questions, make sure to record one-liners as well (+/-10 sec). These short versions are perfect for advertising on social media.
